File transfer Agent allows secure transfer of any type of file or folder one way over the VADO data diode. The files are transferred from external folders located outside of the secured network, to the secure network folders.

Files located on remote servers can also be transferred using CIFS. No limit on the transferred file's type and size. Transferred files can be filtered using third-party filtering tools. The system offers archive and log options.

The Agent can be installed on any Windows system.

FTP transfer Agent allows secure transfer of any type of file or folder VIA FTP, one way over the VADO data diode. The files are transferred from external folders located outside of the secured network, to the secure network folders. The FTP agent collects the data located in the external network and moves it to the TX. the TX transfers the data to the RX and the RX opens a new TCP session in the secure network.

All anti-virus software relies on frequent updates of the virus signature dictionary and database. Secured networks are no exception – they too are protected by anti-virus software that must be updated regularly.

The Anti-Virus Updater addresses the problem by downloading the updates on a frequent basis from the external network (Internet) and then move transfer them to the secure network for distribution.

Remote Screen View Agent allows secure transfer screens from a secured network to a non-secured network using the VADO One Way Data Diode.

The Remote Screen View captures screens from the secured network and transfers them to the non-secure network.

Network Time Protocol (NTP) is a networking protocol for clock synchronization between computer systems from two disconnected networks.

The NTP Agent transfers time between networks - One way. You set which clock is the master and which is the salve and all salve clocks are synchronized cording to the master - One way.

The SQL Replication Agent transfers information from a DB located in the external network and transfer data to the secure network for DB update.

UDP is a simple message-oriented transport layer protocol.

The basic option of transferring UDP does not require an Agent. Yet, if the client wants to manage all UDP transfers including channels, source & destinations in the VADO GUI it is better to use the VADO UDP Agent.

SMTP is transferred from an external unsecured server to an internal secured server.

Once SMTP is sent from an external server to the internal one, it is possible to receive the mail in a plain and simple secured way. since the system is one way, no mail will go the other way around, meaning, no mail can be sent over this one-way connection.

Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)  enables system administrators to manage the distribution of updates and hotfixes released for Microsoft products to computers in a corporate environment.

The WSUS Agent downloads these updates from the Microsoft Update website in the external (Internet) and then distributes them to computers in the secure network.
